Shamu was caught as a companion for Namu,
however,she was rather aggressive and was sold to 
SeaWorld. This is why their whales, to this day
perform under her name.  
Skana/Walter

Skana was thought to be a male and therefore
named Walter. She was Vancouver Aquarium's
first female orca and was during her first few
months there without a companion of an orca.

along with some dolphins. It was there that he died,
some 4 years after his keeping there began.

It is said that he might have had some "mental
